Instead of endlessly refreshing portals and juggling browser tabs, you describe what you want once, let us watch the market for you, and turn your top contenders into a single, shareable decision page — with AI analysis on the paid plans.

The journey, end to end

Everything in HomesToCompare follows the same five-stage path:

  1. Describe your ideal home in plain English — location, budget, must-haves.
  2. We monitor the portals daily and surface matching properties automatically.
  3. You build a shortlist on the monitor board: Pending, Shortlisted, or Dismissed.
  4. Compare two finalists side by side, with AI reasoning on paid plans.
  5. Share and decide together — one link your partner, family, or adviser can open.

Do I need an account?

Yes — a free account unlocks unlimited side-by-side comparisons. Monitoring and AI analysis are part of the paid plans. There's no card required to sign up, and paid plans include a 30-day trial with no card required until the trial ends.

The three plans

Plans are differentiated by AI capability and monitoring, not by how many comparisons you can make — comparisons are unlimited on every plan.

Free

Unlimited side-by-side comparisons. No AI analysis, no property monitoring.

Basic — £10/month

Everything in Free, plus daily property monitoring and AI assistance on your comparisons. The entry-level paid plan for people actively hunting.

Full — £20/month

Everything in Basic, plus deep AI analysis: a clear recommendation with reasoning, the trade-offs you're making either way, and a specific pre-offer checklist.
