What's the difference between Basic and Full AI?

Basic includes AI assistance — property summaries and key facts to help you shortlist faster. Full adds the deep comparative analysis: an agent-style verdict with full reasoning, trade-off breakdown, and a pre-offer checklist. If you're making a final call between two homes, Full is what you need.

How does property monitoring work?

Set up a hunt with your location, budget, and priorities — we check property portals daily and surface new matches in your board as they appear. Most properties sell within days of listing, so staying current matters.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Full?

Yes, at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

Your access continues until the end of the billing period. Your hunts and comparisons are saved. You drop back to the Free tier — unlimited comparisons, no AI, no monitoring.

How does the agent connection refund work?

Full plan members can request a connection to an estate agent through HomesToCompare — from any property comparison page. Once we verify the connection happened, we refund one month of your Full subscription. There's no time limit: connect with an agent at any point while on the Full plan and you qualify. The refund is a one-time benefit per user.
