1. Your Content & Permissions

When you submit property listing URLs or add notes and customisations to a comparison, you retain ownership of any content you create. By submitting listing URLs, you grant us permission to fetch, process, and display the associated property information within the comparison tool.

2. Sharing Your Content

Comparisons can be shared via URL. When you share a comparison link, anyone with that link can view the base comparison data. Personal notes and customisations are private to you and not visible to others who access the same comparison link.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service without permission.
• Not submit URLs to content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

4. Beta Services

Certain features of HomesToCompare may be offered as beta or experimental. These features are provided "as is" and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Our Content / Intellectual Property

The HomesToCompare service, including its design, code, AI-generated analysis, and branding, is owned by HomesToCompare. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content or services without permission.

Property listing data displayed in comparisons is sourced from third-party property listing websites and remains the intellectual property of those respective sites.

6. Copyright

If you believe any content on HomesToCompare infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HomesToCompare at any time if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users.

8. Discontinuation of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of HomesToCompare at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.

9. Resolving Disputes
