The Property Comparison tool helps you compare two properties side-by-side across multiple dimensions including price, features, location, and AI-generated analysis. It provides a comprehensive view to help you make informed property decisions.

Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections. Each section focuses on a different aspect of the comparison: Overview for a summary, Property Details for in-depth info, Photos for visual comparison, Pros & Cons for strengths and weaknesses, and more.

balance How does the Pros & Cons section work? expand_more

The Pros & Cons section shows AI-generated advantages and disadvantages for each property. Each item has a default weight of 5 points. You can customize these in edit mode to reflect what matters most to you. The overall score is calculated from the weighted sum.

lock Is my data private? How is it stored? expand_more

Your personal notes, edits, and photo comments are stored in your browser and automatically synced to our servers so you can access them across devices. They are private to you and not shared with anyone else.

edit_note How do I add notes? expand_more

Navigate to the Notes section from the sidebar to add notes. You can create notes for Property A, Property B, or general comparison notes. You can also add quick notes from the Property Details page. All notes are saved in your browser and synced across your devices.

photo_library How do I compare photos? expand_more

The Photos section offers two views: Carousel for browsing one image at a time with thumbnails, and Grid for seeing all photos at once. You can add comments to individual photos in Grid view. Toggle between views using the buttons at the top.

share Can I share my comparison with others? expand_more

Yes! Use the "Copy Link" button on the Overview page to share the comparison URL. Anyone with the link can view the property comparison data. Note that your personal notes and edits are private to you and won't be visible to others.

Start by reviewing the Overview page for a quick summary of both properties. Then explore the Property Details for in-depth information. Use the Pros & Cons section to weigh the trade-offs, and add your own notes as you go.
