  • How does the street feel on arrival?
  • Would I feel comfortable coming back here at night?
  • How easy is parking, access, and turning around?

Layout & light

  • Does the layout work better in person than online?
  • Are the key rooms bright enough at this time of day?
  • Does the flow of the home feel practical?

Condition & maintenance

  • Any signs of damp, mould, cracking, or strong smells?
  • Do windows, doors, and finishes feel well maintained?
  • Would I want immediate repairs or decorating work?

Practical living

  • Is there enough storage for daily life?
  • Do kitchen and bathroom layouts feel usable?
  • Would furniture fit the way I expect?

Comfort & surroundings

  • What is the noise level inside and outside?
  • How does the temperature / ventilation feel?
  • Any concerns about privacy, overlooking, or traffic?
